How do I restore my Trip Pass on a new device?
Open the app → Settings → tap "Restore Purchase". Your Trip Pass will be restored using your Apple ID or Google account. No additional charge.
Can I get a refund for Trip Pass?
Refunds are handled by Apple or Google, not directly by us. On iOS, visit reportaproblem.apple.com. On Android, check your Google Play purchase history.
Does the app work offline?
Yes — all quizzes, explanations, and your Dictionary work without an internet connection. The only feature that requires internet is Ask AI.
How do I reset my progress?
Settings → "Delete all data". This permanently removes all progress, quiz scores, and saved questions from your device.
